12 Week Contest Prep
Let’s get show-ready! You’ll get 12 weeks of progressive diet and training that will both preserve your lean muscle and shed excess body fat. We will monitor your progress and make adjustments necessary to ensure your progress doesn’t stall. We’ll work together as you get closer to show day to dial you in and peak you for the big day. You can also use this coaching plan if you have a wedding or big event coming up and are looking for a more intense program to losing weight.
This coaching plan includes:
- 12 weeks of exercise programming, designed for you, updated periodically to keep your body responding.
- 12 weeks of customized diet, updated periodically to keep the body fat melting and your lean muscle mass in-tact.
- Weekly checkins

- Help with show selection, suit color , hair and make up style and pre tanning instructions.
