16 Week Contest Prep
They say slow and steady wins the race. In pre-contest training and dieting, that absolutely stands true. The slower you diet, the better your chances of hanging onto all your hard-earned lean muscle. I recommend a 16 week diet for most competitors unless you are already very lean and have a very fast metabolism. We will work closely to diet you down to a stage-ready look and peak you for show day. You can also use this coaching plan if you have a wedding, photoshoot, or big event coming up and want to look incredible for that big day.
